In Previous Times
Haad Salad* or Salad Beach was called Pirate Beach by the local residents. The sheltered bay and nearby mountains were perfect for pirates hiding goods and people.
* In the Thai language, Haad means Beach. In the local Thai dialect, Salad means Pirate, so Haad Salad means Pirate Beach. The local Thai dialect shortens Haad Salad to Haadlad so our hotel is called Haadlad Prestige Resort & Spa.

Today
The pirates are gone but Haadlad is ready for your visit with its beautiful scenery.
