Terms and Conditions

• All currencies are in Thai Baht per room per night inclusive of service charge, applicable government tax, breakfast and welcome drink.
• All Haadlad Prestige Room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra bed / mattress surcharge of 1,200 Baht each will apply. This charge including breakfast, maximum of 2 extra beds (Deluxe Villa Beachfront & Penthouse) and maximum occupancy 6 persons.
• Rates for Penthouse with two bedrooms are based on double occupancy and occupancy is 6 persons maximum.
• No charge for the 2 children under 12 yrs sharing room with one or two adults using existing bed & compulsory breakfast, THB 175 each.
• Check-in time after 12:00 hrs (noon). Check-out time before 10:00 hrs. Since most ferries leave the Island for Samui or the Mainland at 11:00 hrs, the 10:00 hrs checkout time is meant to give guests time to check-out and take a car to the ferry port.
  • Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to room availability. The Resort will do its best to have rooms available for early arrival when notified.
  • Late Check-out on the scheduled departure day is subject to room availability. For guests using the room on the scheduled departure day from 10:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the room rate. Guests using the room on the scheduled departure date after 14:00 hrs will be charged 100% of the room rate.
• Full Moon Period: A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required during Full Moon Period. Guests who want to book on Full Moon Period need to book the Full Moon Party night and the night before and the night after, or two days before Full Moon and the Full Moon night, or two days after Full Moon and the Full Moon night for a minimum stay of three (3) nights.
• A minimum stay of five (5) nights is required during the Peak Season (21 December 2009 through 10 January 2010).
• A minimum stay of five (5) nights is required during Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve periods.
  • Compulsory Gala Dinner is required on 31th December 2009; Adult 2,500Baht each, child 1,500Baht each.
  • Wi Fi internet Service.
  • Free use of the center Swimming Pool from 9.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs.
  • Free first transfer from Thong Sala Pier 12.00 hrs (noon) - 13.00 hrs., other times 200 Baht per person each way and minimum 2 persons. Transfer one guest will be added up to minimum 2 person requirement.
  • A transfer from Haad Rin Pier and Haad Rin areas to the Resort is 400 Baht per person each way and minimum 3 persons. Transfer one or two guests will be added up to minimum 3 person requirement.
  • The Resort reserves the right to adjust without notice the pier transfer charges to reflect changes in gasoline prices.
